Becoming a member is a great way to support the Wellington Humane Society! Choose the level that fits you; either pay yearly or enroll in a monthly donation automatically debited from your bank account or PayPal. All fees are used to support the daily efforts of our shelter. This is a new Membership model, so once your old membership expires, you will need to select the level that best fits your budget.

Online Application
Fill out the Membership Form online by clicking the button below. You will choose to pay via ACH Bank Account or PayPal. If you choose PayPal, you will need to fill out the application and then select one of the PayPal options below.

Print Application
Not good with technology? You can click below to download the application and print it at home. Then you can fill it out and bring it in during our open hours. We also have paper copies in our lobby. Stop in!
