No matter which Membership Level you decide, you will need to fill out the Membership Form. If you wish to use PayPal, in the Payment Options on the form select "PayPal Completed through Website".

You will need to enter an amount and select "Make Monthly"

Yearly Option is only available by automatic bank draft. You will need to fill out the online form.
